I have noticed that when I do a cleanse, I get good results but then after that the results wear out and I'm in the same position as when I started.
This can happen. We constantly reinfect ourselves through many means. Bacteria are always around us. We are surrounded by bacteria. It is our own immunity and the strength of our system that protects us. So if you have done a cleanse and you are enjoying good results and you don't keep protecting yourself, it's a big possibility that you will get reinfected. As the growth of bacteria is fast, then you'll feel the same way as when you started the cleanse. So continue on. It's like a battle and you have to stay on top of it.
