The services performed by Slimmer Body are at all times restricted to consultation on the subject of nutritional matters intended for the maintenance of the best possible state of nutritional health and do not involve the diagnosing, prognosticating, treatment of prescribing of remedies for the treatment of disease or any act which will constitute the practice of medicine in this state in which a license is required for such practices.

Slimmer Body is not a medical facility. The services provided by Slimmer Body are not intended to be a replacement or substitute for the forms of conventional medical treatment. Information on the Slimmer body website is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for the advice provided by your physician or other healthcare professional or any information contained on or in any product label or packaging. You should not use the information on the Slimmer Body website for diagnosing or treating a health problem or disease, or prescribing any medication or other treatment. No substance, natural or drug, can be guaranteed to work in everyone, nor can they be considered absolutely safe. The reason for this is that everyone is biologically unique. Sleeping pills wake some people up! Rest assured, though, that unlike prescription drugs that kill five times as many people every year than die from auto accidents, the FDA would be hard-pressed to find someone killed by a supplement or herb.

There is no cash refund for the services and/or products. If the services and/or products need to be discontinued, the total amount will be deducted at a regular price and any unused balance will be placed on the person's account to be credited towards any future services and/or product purchase. The products must be returned in original condition within 15 days of purchase date with original receipt. The unused balance for products and/or services must be used within six months of purchase date.

Note that for some products, we do not accept returns, even for credit. Due to the fresh nature of the ingredients in our creams and in some of our cleanses, any unit of these products returned to Slimmer Body would simply be discarded. If you have a question about your ability to return a particular product, please call before making a purchase.
